Shipping Times and Costs

SHIPPING

Shipments are handled via TNT/FEDEX courier.

Orders are processed and dispatched during our business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding Italian public holidays).

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the courier containing the tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Deliveries take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The courier will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout; in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, please follow the instructions left by the courier.

ViaMailBag is not liable for delays caused by customs processing and inspections, or due to force majeure events beyond the company's control.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may be subject to changes and/or promotional offers.

Express shipping is free within Italy.

For other countries, shipping fees vary based on the destination country.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, unworn items may be returned for a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
